Positive: Wonderful home for a vacation, and proximity to local AZ family was a bonus or us. We enjoyed the pool, whirlpool and firepit. The nice grill also allowed us to have a grilled dinner for local family. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and having washing machine/dryer was nice. Carlson concierge and owners were wonderful to work with---the owners also purchased a pack and play crib for the house for our visit!

Negative: Only drawback was hearing lots of local traffic on Cave Creek Rd when outside in backyard in evening.
