Summary: I booked in November for a March stay. I asked if we could get a upper floor with a balcony so that my 85 year old mother could sit outside and enjoy the sunshine/pool. I was told that neither could be guaranteed. We did get an upper floor but as far away from the picture located on VRBO as possible and no sun ever hit my mom's balcony. That was really the only reason I took her there - sunshine. Oh well, my fault and I will know better next time.

Summary: One huge problem was that there was not enough lounge chair seating around the pools. Pool area opened at 8 AM in by 8:15 AM every chair was taken each day.

Summary: Fantastic condo! Beautifully laid out, well kept, spacious. Our family of 7 stayed over spring break and had a wonderful time. The pool area is lovely, and we appreciated the additional access to the JW Marriot facility nearby. We had a great time playing pickle ball and basketball, and even grilled out a couple of times. We loved the location and will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

Summary: We stayed for a week to play tennis and golf with another couple. With two bedrooms, we each got a master suite and the kitchen was handy for breakfast. We are foodies, so dined out most of the time. The amenities were super. Really good pool.
