Summary: This was easily one of the best properties we have rented in our semi-annual trips to AZ. It was incredibly clean, new and modern; loved the decor! We had a small issue with getting the correct door code upon check-in and had to reset an electrical breaker but the property manager provided immediate responses that fixed both issues. Pool area was fantastic with lots of nice lounge chairs and fun putting green. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Summary: This home was lovely. It was perfect for my husband and me, and our mother. The backyard was beautiful and the home was very clean. We brought our doodle and the neighborhood, its sidewalks, and multiple grassy areas were perfect for dog walking and playtime. We appreciated the property manager, who was very responsive and attentive to us throughout the process and throughout our 3-week stay!!

Summary: First of all, the host is amazing! He was quick to respond, full of information and accommodating with our requests. The house is immaculate! The furnishings are simple and classic. So many things provided….. towels, utensils, cookware, plates and cups for indoor and outdoor use. Everything provided had multiples available for use - for example, there were several spoons, forks, etc. - we didn’t run out and have to hand wash or run the dishwasher every day. Lights and fan switches were all labeled so you didn’t have to guess. I could go on and on. This is our favorite rental thus far and we have reserved several properties for our short getaways and longer vacations and THIS IS THE BEST! We will definitely reserve again in the future. Hopefully it won’t already be booked up because once people realize what a gem this house is, there won’t be any time slots available. Thank you so much for allowing us as your guests.
