Positive: I had a really lovely stay at this hotel! The property is welcoming, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful from the very first moment, always available without ever being intrusive. My room was bright, spacious, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is excellent: easy to get around, close to the main points of interest, and well connected by public transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Positive: It was beyond my expectations. Free room upgrade upon arrival to a really nice and spacious one, free early check-in and late check-out (I arrived at 09:30 am and left at 2:15 pm), very nice staff and a great location on one of the main pedestrian axes in the old town of Pingyao.

Positive: The location of the hotel is excellent, a very prosperous main street. We enter the ancient city from the bottom of the west gate and walk for 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel staff always smile, provide warm service, take us seriously, give us a tour map, and carefully mark! We were very surprised. He would also enthusiastically help us take a big backpack and turn on the air conditioner for us. The room was very bright and tidy, with good hygiene, enough hot water, and the bathroom was also very good. The price in the centre of the scenic spot was very affordable. The hotel was built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The yard was very beautiful, with beautiful sunshine and rattan chairs, full of floral fragrance! I took a lot of photos as a souvenir. I love China. I love the ancient city of Pingyao and this beautiful courtyard.

Positive: There are many French people staying here. The staff here are very enthusiastic and keep saying hello, leaving a very good impression on us. The room is very distinctive, the hygiene is clean, the facilities are good, and the hot water is sufficient! It's very comfortable to sleep. The hotel is strategically located on the main street, which is very convenient. There are scenic spots, restaurants and ticket offices at the door. We like it very much. We will come again. Thank you to every employee. We love this place very much.
