Summary: This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking—peaceful, serene, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning walk, with the lake surrounding What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. We accidentally left a game console behind after checking out, and the staff went above and beyond to locate it and arrange to have it safely sent to us in another city. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. From the scenic location to the warm hospitality, this hotel made us feel truly cared for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch!

Summary: Lake House was the perfect place for us to relax and explore the surrounding sights in Phong Nha. We especially enjoyed the beautiful scenery, kayaking on the lake, and renting bicycles to explore the local area. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with booking tours and transport, and we felt very at home during our stay here!

Summary: Once again, this place is like arriving home. Staff are helpful and accommodating always with a smile! We explored the near by village on Alex’s recommendation via bicycle. We took the HCMT and had a wonderful afternoon. Great scenery! Food is great and there is lots of it, spa services are up and running and doing well, free breakfast, bicycles and kayaks to explore. Take a break and treat yourself to this beautiful resort nestled in the Phoung Nha Park.

Summary: Tham & Tony are excellent hosts. Property offers lots of things to do. Have cabanas on the lake, you can kayak, swim. Very clean with modern large rooms, private sitting patios, modern bathrooms and excellent staff. Would definitely recommend.
