Positive: So much space in the apartment. You can sleep 5 comfortably.

Negative: A lot of light coming from the street. Getting to your car at night is difficult for an older person because the lock and chain are difficult.

Summary: Philipolis is a quirky little town. Well worth a visit. Delicious food and welcoming people.
