Positive: Bed was comfortable. Clean Good fan

Negative: Our ad didn't say that the rest of the house was also for rent. The other ad did mention our suite. Ad states a camper would fit in drive, no it won't. Our truck barely fit, I had to get out in street b4 hubs parked due to the vegetation being overgrown. The gate didn't close or have a latch to keep dogs in. The fence was also broken to the other rental and the little dogs could get thru. No cushions for outdoor furniture. The rugs were slip hazards. No plates or coffee filters for pot, even tho they were in the photos. The creamers were rotten. The worse part had nothing to do with the property, but the 10+ guests in the other part of the house were loud all night (waking us up) with barking dogs, banging doors and screaming fights. They would sit on the patio smoking all night and we couldn't open our window or door as we'd be smoked out. We called the host to complain and they told us to call the police... That's the last thing I need on vacation. So. It may have been better if there wasn't anyone in the other part of the house. The ad for this location needs to state the rest of the house is a rental as well. I would have picked a different location

Positive: Location, close to down town Stuart & Jensen beaches. Nice quite stay.

Negative: It was very cold, almost too cold. We turned off the circulating and ceiling fan and it was still too cold. The pictures made it look bigger than what it was. The price.

Summary: We had a clean bed to stay in. I feel the price was to high for what we had.
