Inside, guests have access to the entire living area of the house. Outside, guests have access to all outdoor areas inside of the fence. The outdoor shed and supply lockers in the game room are off-limits to guests and shall be locked at all times. Do not attempt to open any panels or coverings to gain access to the crawlspaces above or below the main living area.
Communication will be done primarily through booking channels to ensure a record for both parties. Email, cell text, and phone communication are also available for situations that may require more detailed communication.
The house is just one block off US-1 and is centrally located in the Stuart and Jensen Beach area. Plentiful shopping, groceries, dining, and activity options within 5 miles of the home. Close proximity also means an inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride for those who don’t want to drive or deal with parking.
We will provide an initial supply of toiletries, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper per bathroom to get you started on your Florida getaway. These supplies will typically cover up to 5 days, depending on the frequency of use. Any additional toiletries will need to be purchased at the guest's expense.
We also supply full sets of bath towels for each bed. Extra beach towels are also available.
Additional Information
The guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit it upon booking of the reservation. A Security Deposit hold of $300 will be made to the credit card on file 2 days before arrival. An automated message with a link to complete both the rental agreement and security deposit will be sent shortly after making the reservation.
Please NOTE - Directions to home and door codes will not be issued until a signed rental agreement and security deposit are received.
There is an additional extended stay linen fee of $150 for any stays 24 days or more. This will include a mid-stay change out of linens and cleaning of bathrooms and common areas. The host will coordinate with the guests to schedule the cleaning.
Cancellation Policy - Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 2 days of arrival. Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking if cancellation is at least 6 days before check-in. Credit card processing fees may apply.

Summary: Matthews property was wonderful! It had everything we needed , was super clean, had labels on the drawers (I always appreciate this so I’m not searching constantly for small things). The beds were comfortable - they were even willing to remove the ladder from the bunk bed so we didn’t have to worry about our twin almost 3 year olds safety. The back yard was such a wonderful spot to hang out with the kids and our 5 year old loved the game room. The location was also great - super close to the grocery store , coffee shops, and shopping and the beach was only a 10-15 min drive . We would love to book here again some day!

Summary: The property was exactly as described. Check in was incredibly easy due to how communicative the owner Matt is. He provided all the necessary information ahead of the stay and checked in throughout the stay to make sure there were no issues. The game room and backyard was a hit. Summary: We stayed at this location because it was close to family members. This is a great location, near shopping, restaurants, and a few local golf courses. Matthew was very quick to respond to any needs and questions. We did not use any of the arcades or outside games, however, can see where this would be beneficial to keep little ones busy during down times. The fenced-in yard was a bonus for our pet. We would stay here again when we need a place in Stuart.

Summary: This place was perfect for 2 young families. My sister and hers and me and mine met at this adorable, clean and cozy vacation home. It was a great location and had everything and more we needed. The kids- young and grown loved all the games! The beds were comfortable too! Matthew was super helpful and accommodating. We had an amazing time and plan to come back!

Summary: We had a wonderful Christmas week in Stuart at this home! The house was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed, great outside space, quiet neighborhood and convenient location. The fenced in yard provided a perfect space for our dog. If you have children they will enjoy all the games available, even the adults will as well! Matthew is a great host ! From booking to leaving he was communicative and responsive. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the comfort of his guests while staying in his home. The beds are comfortable,there are plenty of towels and beach towels available, extra blankets and pillows, well stocked kitchen, really we didn’t lack for anything while there. The neighborhood is safe and my husband was catching bass in the pond down the street! The location is perfect, being close to a grocery store, the beach only 6 miles away and historic downtown Stuart just 2.5 miles away. We will definitely rent this house again when visiting Stuart as it was perfect in every way for us!
