Come and enjoy a stay in this peaceful and centrally-located home in Stuart. This two bedroom, one-bathroom home has been fully remodeled and the interior/exterior freshly painted, brand new open kitchen with granite countertop, new impact/hurricane windows, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room, new bathroom, tile throughout the house.
A full Laundry room leads out to the back porch and large fully fenced back yard.
Note: The porch light switch is located inside a box above the grill.
THE SPACE
Ideally located close to US1 and walkable distance to Publix and restaurants, just a short drive to downtown Stuart, the beach, intercostal, shopping and more.
PLEASE NOTE: The home is located behind a shopping plaza, situated right in the corner of a quiet family neighborhood with privacy hedges in the front yard and a fully fenced in backyard to make it as private as possible. Having a shopping plaza so close allows you to have quick access to local restaurants or shops.
BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen Bed (fully protected mattress cover as well as the pillows), nightstands with 2 lamps. Smart TV with all the apps, a ceiling fan with light.
BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin Beds, one nightstand with a lamp, a ceiling fan with light.
BATHROOM: Our fully renovated bathroom, has a shower combination with cold and hot water, beautiful tile and vanity, hand soap, tissue box, toilet paper rolls, fresh towel set, body soap, emergency kit, blow dryer and cleaning supplies under sink cabinet.
KITCHEN: Fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, spices, coffee maker, blender, toaster, paper towels/trash bags.
INDOOR LIVING: Our Living/Dining room has a sofa, side tables, a coffee table, a nice entertainment center with a brand new 55” smart TV with all the apps available to use with your own Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu and other platforms via our WIFI (Router next to TV).

OUTDOOR LIVING: Private patio, dining space w/ umbrella, gas grill.

LAUNDRY ROOM: A full Laundry room leads out to the back porch and large back yard.

While the entire home is at your disposal, please note that the Shed unit in the backyard is not accessible to guests.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this location. The house was just as described and the owner/manager was excellent and responsive to us. Would definitely stay again. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.
