Summary: Property was perfect for our family gathering. Neighborhood is great and home large enough for everyone to have their own space. House was clean and kitchen well equipped for our needs. Too cold to enjoy the pool area in December. Liked having access to the garage…would have been perfect if fireplace worked (but then it wasn’t listed as having a working fireplace). Host was very responsive and replied back quickly when we had any questions about the property.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed this home for our first extended visit to the Phoenix area. It’s an excellent location to access the highways to visit Scottsdale, Apache Junction, Sedona, nearby hiking and access to the airport. The amenities were ideal for our party of five people. As clearly indicated, the pool is not heated so definitely make sure you are aware of that. It can’t get warm at this time of year (Easter/spring break) and only hit 65 while we were there. The pool table was a big hit and a fun addition. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen offered everything we needed for making our daily breakfast before heading out. Appreciated the RO water. We particularly enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and quail and seeing all of the plantings in bloom. Loved the back patio and pool area for morning tea, reading, relaxing both morning and evenings. I personally loved being able to see saguaro cactus on the hill over the backyard wall. Neighbor was helpful about the trash and recycling bins but the owner was clear with instructions. Be aware, the very high prepaid security deposit does not come back to you until the full two weeks after departure. So plan on over 2.5 weeks after to get your credit card to actually be refunded. Also, an additional property damage protection (insurance) was required at our expense to rent this house on top of the security deposit payment.

Summary: This is an amazing house and Joe was a gracious and friendly owner. Joe is very responsive to any questions and allowed us a little extra time because of our schedule. Our family went to Phoenix for our kids Spring Break and we a loved it. It is big and a open floor plan. The kitchen is large with everything you need for cooking meals in. The master bedroom is huge with a big bathroom and walk in closet and access to the back patio. The pool table was a hit for me and my boys. The pool gets great sun for most of the day. Early morning the bistro table on the back patio was perfect for enjoying coffee. There are pool toys and floaties available for the pool to relax on too. Overall just a great experience with this house, one of the best we have ever rented.

Summary: This was a perfect location to all tourist attractions and spring training facilities. The home was a very nice size and we enjoyed playing pool every evening. The swimming pool was not heated so we did not get to take advantage of swimming. Joe was very accommodating with our requests.

Summary: Felt like home. Plenty of kitchen supplies and space. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Check-in procedure was quick and easy. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and groceries. Owner was easily assessable and always quick to respond. Would recommend this rental.

Summary: This home provided us all the entertainment we needed! It is quiet and relaxing. We loved the backyard as well. So much was provided, that it made it so nice to just grab a few groceries and settle in. Very nice neighborhood with easy access to conveniences, a beautiful park and lots of walking! We look forward to staying here again!
