Summary: Lovely stop to be a home base for exploring . It is only a few feet from the highway and because there is NO Ác you have to sleep with the windows open so constantly hearing the highway noise. Contacted owners a few times for some supply issues and he was very good about getting back to me with any issues we had. Layout of the house was perfect for our adult needs. Beds super comfy. The walking in the neighborhood was spectacular. We will keep this location on our list for future stays.

Summary: Nice location for skiing at Wolf Creek or spending time in Pagosa Springs. Quiet neighborhood. Wifi was sketchy but perhaps to be expected in that area. Decor was a little outdated and worn. We went with friends and the 2 units connect so that was nice.
