Positive: We enjoyed relaxing out on the deck looking out at the river. The place was perfect for the 5 of us, we will love to stay there the next time we are in Pagosa Springs.

Negative: A bit hard to find in the dark and the sign for the River House was blocked by the over growth from the neighbor. We had no trouble finding the place after staying for a couple of days.
