Positive: Beautiful, large home with high ceilings. Decorated nicely. Location is super convenient to the ski mountain. Quiet neighborhood. Great garage to park out of the freezing temps. The scenery is lovely overlooking the river. Nice big dining table, some books and games provided. Lots of sitting room and lots of sleeping space for a large group. Beds were comfortable, extra blankets and linens provided.

Negative: We were disappointed to find that the hot tub was not operational and could not be serviced in the time we stayed. Also some dish soap, sponges, and kitchen towels would have been appreciated to help with cooking/clean up efforts. Just FYI if some of your group is more excitable- noise carries quite a bit from the living area to the bedrooms where others are trying to sleep so tell the introverts of the group to bring ear plugs.

Negative: There were some issues we were disappointed with, considering this was supposed to be an exceptional property. We requested days prior to our arrival that the hot tub be checked out prior to our arrival to ensure it was in good condition as we are big hot tub people. We were assured it would be in good working order, and it was not when we arrived. Hot tub was not clean and water level was too low. So we could not use the tub for the 1st day. Also, the downstairs shower (which is the level the hot tub is on) apparently was not functional so the entire week we had to go up and down a level anytime we wanted to shower to use the tub.

Summary: Overall, this is a beautiful, luxurious home with amazing views of the mountains.
