Positive: Location was fine. I didn’t really stay for breakfast. Grabbed a cup of coffee and a muffin.

Negative: The bed was a little on the old side.

Positive: The room was large king size bed was just right. The only staff member who was friendly and helpful was Kyle on Friday night. The room had a small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for use.

Negative: I am extremely disappointed in the breakfast. Bagel and English muffin and a pancake machine that made the smallest pancakes ever. That syrup was like Karo syrup. Pre processed boiled eggs. This was the worst we have ever had at a stay. The lobby is not inviting at all for guests. They have about 4 small oranges sitting out and a pitcher of water, no cups. There was no pool that I could see. During our stay there was a car club that parked right outside our room loud all day and night. Not expected at all. Also, someone close to our room had a barking dog all night. The walls are very thin and could hear others talking and showering. Not a restful stay!

Positive: Staff: super friendly! Breakfast: very good assortment. toasted bagels and pancake machine a plus.

Negative: Bike: could not take to the room per policy. had to store my bike in a locked storage closet. There should be baggage claim tags attached to the bikes to make sure the right one is claimed. Room HVAC had burning smell when the heater mode was turned on.
