Positive: The room was very clean.

Negative: The room was clean but the bedside lampshade was totally broken and fallen off. And the base of the stairs to the parking lot had a pile of trashed items (broken plastic chairs, an old barbecue, etc) that could easily (and should) have been moved to the back or side of building. I had to step over it to load my car. It felt trashy. Probably because it was ;-). And then there are the owners. I stayed here in early July and again in early August, due to low price and easy access from the freeway. So a few things broken could be expected and I might normally overlook it, especially if the owners were friendly and clearly trying to make a go of things. But that wasn't the case. When one owner is grumpy on one visit I figure it's a bad day and let it go. But on my second visit the second 'half' of the couple checked me in and was downright nasty. So next year when I head this way again I will look for a different lodging.

Positive: It is a great location to get in and out of for when I am traveling for business. It is quiet and peaceful being on the lake and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating. It is also very quiet even though it is close to the freeway/

Negative: The light out in the bathroom, the towel rack in the bathroom easily could fall off, the bathroom sink faucet handle needed to be tightened and the bags removed from on top of the tv cabinet
