The elevated contemporary north facing beach front property has a spacious, kitchen/dining/ lounge area and large decks all with stunning uninterrupted views of the tranquil 5km sandy beach, bush land and sea views to American River . The house has four bedrooms (2 queen, 4 singles) 2 bathrooms. Flat screen TV, DVD, CD player. Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and roasting BBQ and out door setting on the deck.

Pentelows beach front property is located on pristine Island Beach, which is a 5km long, north facing, white sandy beach which provides safe, sheltered swimming, ideal for children.. It is situated 14km from Penneshaw (an easy 15 min drive from ferry terminal)
The area is a haven for yachties and a well-known fishing spot for KI whiting and a great base for exploring the rest of the island.

Summary: The house was immaculate, so clean and tidy. Incredible views of island beach white sand and crystal clear blue water. Fantastic deck that was safe for our 2 year old to play on. Perfect location not far from Penneshaw. Felt as though we had a private beach to ourselves. We will be back and will highly recommend staying here to friends and family.
