Positive: Good Location a lot things to do Pubs, Shops and massive benefit it had a Wetherspoons. Easy to Communte to travel to Lincoln Castle and Good Bars and Fast Food shops like Walkbout and Wendy's Burger.

Negative: A lot of noise from Traffic Smell of Marijuana (Weed) especially when the Windows were open don't believe it came from other hosts I believe it came someone in the nearby housing.

Positive: The apartment was compact and had everything that we could have needed. It was very well appointed with clean and serviceable crockery and utensils ( A pair of tongs, a cheese grater and an oven glove would be useful). Clean J- cloths, tea towel and washing up liquid were provided, and there was tea, coffee and sugar there for us, which was a nice touch. The bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. Buses ran to the city centre from right outside the door. An ideal place for a short break.

Negative: Gaining entry was initially difficult as it was not clear which code was for the outside door and which for the apartment door. Neither of the codes worked for the key safe on the outside door, but one of them worked on an entry pad. This could have been clearer. When inside, we did get the fob that was supposed to open the front door, but it didn't. The intercom that would have allowed us to speak to our food delivery driver did not work so we had to wait for him on the street. The weather was very hot and one of the windows was stuck and would not open. This was a pity as we could have used it to dry out the shower after us, as the extractor fan was not working either. The apartment was very nicely appointed, but was not as clean as I would have liked. There were cobwebs around the window frames and behind the toilet, hairs in the wardrobe, crumbs in the drawer under the cooker, and the grime was just beginning to build up in an otherwise wonderful shower. Directions for using the cooker would be useful.

Summary: Ideal for a short break to see the city.
