Positive: The location is great for walkable access to historic St. Augustine and Flagler College. It was much nicer sharing a large apartment with 2 bedrooms than sharing a hotel room with two beds. My friend and I had a great stay. The Apartment was clean and the house rules are very clear. Parking is excellent. After walking and touring historic St Augustine during the day, it was nice to pop into the apartment and get refreshed for dinner. It's very handy being able to walk to the Ice Plant or the Fish Camp.
