Beautiful spacious ground level 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom in "Kingsmill on the James" next to Busch Gardens and only a little over 4 miles to Colonial Williamsburg! (not part of Kingsmill Resort but the Kingsmill Spa is available with your stay!)
Over seven miles of beautiful trails through a wooded Audubon bird sanctuary, walk to the beach or beautiful spa for pampering, this peaceful idyllic setting is unique in Williamsburg. This three bedroom three full bathroom luxury condo offers three separated suites, beautiful sunsets backing to the lovely tennis greenbelt surrounded by evergreens and woods where we have spotted deer, offspring, squirrels, bunnies, gophers, and wild turkeys. There's tennis, pickleball, soccer, basketball, playgrounds, barbecue and picnic areas, and so close to Busch Gardens and in the historic triangle. Fully equipped to prepare full meals, or try one of the excellent restaurants in Williamsburg, or take the ferry to eat at historic Surrey Seaford on the water, spend a day following the Williamsburg tasting trail or try your luck at Colonial Downs race track and casino! So much to see and do here and so close to Jamestown settlement, Yorktown Beach where Washington one are Independence and the rest of the historic triangle, and right next door to Busch Gardens.

Summary: I love this spacious and clean condo! All three suites have its own private bathroom and are separated by the living room for quiet privacy. Host is great and responds within minutes. Easy walk to the beach which has gorgeous views. Will be back!
