Summary: This place is super gorgeous and fun, but it does need some upgrades. The condo we stayed in was very small (double beds) and we could hear both the dog and the conversation in the next room over. It didn't really feel private, and the dog was super annoying because it barked or whined extensively during the day and at night. I called/texted the concierge, but they wanted me to figure out which room it was instead of looking on their own map. I complied, but it wasn't easy for me to figure out which condo it was because the layout was odd. The concierge was polite, but he didn't seem to care that this was affecting our stay. (If a Pro Golfer were staying there and complained about noise, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't ask them to check the property and figure it out.) Things like ice and beverages weren't easily accessible due to the condo layout. The lobby was beautiful, but the shop inside was closed by 9pm. The rooms need new carpet and upgrading and the mattresses felt cheap. The pools and gym were all amazing.

Summary: The room was tired and outdated with many things that needed to be upgraded. The staff are not in sync with each other. One person would tell us one thing and someone else would tell us something different. The onside golf carts are not available to help get people around. There isn’t parking available everywhere for vehicles. There are not any basketball courts, even though it is advertised that they do have them.

Summary: It was a mixed experience. The grounds are beautiful and really well maintained and the facilities are excellent - really nice pool, extensive tennis courts with a club feel and beautiful (but expensive) golf courses along with a good driving range. The staff were very friendly. So far so good. However, the properties are very dated and so not a very enjoyable experience to stay in them. They are clean but they get limited sunlight so have a dingy feel and you wouldn’t want to spend much time in them. The fixtures and fittings are old - even the hairdryer was ancient and smoked - the kitchen had a borderline musty smell - it needs a very big overhaul. Because of the size of the property they offer a golf cart service to get to the various places but this required calling for a cart but for whatever reason the phone numbers dont work with any UK phone. In addition there were no phones in the units to be able to contact reception /concierge. So it was problematic getting to places particularly given the heat. It was also a bit odd that everything shut down at 9pm $49 plus sales tax daily additional charge applied, but for whatever reason i could not fathom
