Positive: We love Kingsmill. We've been going for many years. The grounds and availability to do a lot without leaving grounds.
Negative: I will say this year it almost felt as if management has changed. Has it?!? 🤔 I was told "No." Some of the employees act like you are bothering them at the front desk. The facility isn't as clean or maintained as previous years. The food has certainly taken a step backwards. It used to feel luxurious. Now I feel like Dunkin breakfast would be better. The fruit isn't real or ripe enough. The food is not to standard. The best part is the omelet station with the sweet lady. Although, even those eggs taste different. It's not enough to stop us from going. However, Kingsmill set yourself apart and turn back to your old quality ways. Quality over quantity.

Positive: Staff was great. Room smelled clean
Negative: Breakfast was overpriced, and wasn't fabulous. It would have been nice to have water bottles in the room available, since we were in a detached section of the resort and arrived late.

Positive: Beautiful place and staff was amazing
Negative: The room was great but you can hear the next room talking and coffee machine but no water. It would have been great if they had 2 bottle of water in the room. There was no water bottle any where I had to drive out of the property.
