Summary: The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same).

Summary: I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and room is clean! Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for everyone!

Summary: I didn’t like the fact that such a big and nice hotel has a mini bar/fridge inside the room that gets disconnected from power every time I leave the room. All the content of that mini bar was hot by the time I enter my room !!! I had to ask the front desk to put some of the refrigerated items that I bought at the hotel’s kitchen fridge which was very awkward !!! Not to mention that you have to pay for the contents of that mini bar as well on top of its room temperature. I didn’t expect that a big hotel like this One doesn’t have ICE for drinking. The elevators were very slow on One occasion and there were a gathering of people at the lobby for about 10 minutes just to wait for an elevator. These 3 mentioned points above will definitely make me reconsider booking again at this hotel in the future which I will Not for sure.

Summary: I loved the hotel so much all is very amazing. 2 things only I didn’t like, they didn’t fix the water boiler although I have asked few times. Room has a smoking smell.
