Negative: It’s was a bit noise at night with the music , very loud till 12:00 PM The toilet at room wasn’t clear but overall the rest was OK

Negative: The service in the restaurant was very bad. The waiters were amateurs. They had no answers to our questions about the food. We were 6 people and the main dishes were served not at the same time. Some of our orders (whiskey)were never served. Very very expensive and disappointing.

Negative: The staff! I ordered an Old Fashioned with Woodford Reserve bourbon which was sitting on the shelve behind bar. At first I have been told that they can't use that bourbon with old fashioned due to inventory miss-counts. After asking a few questions (since it did not make any sense what so ever) they were able to use it. This was probably forced by management staff! So silly! The bartender was awesome and very professional. At dinner time, my wife ordered the five appetizer sampler, which it clearly states that it comes with variety of dolma's. Well, we did not get it. My wife had to ask for it, and the server's response was, '"ohhh, you want the dolma's, we will get it for you". But why do we had to ask? It says on the menu that it comes with it!!! At breakfast, we did not receive a single jam, or honey, or anything sweet... It seems like there is a lack of management leadership at this beautiful facility. You don't become a manager walking around with a phone in your hand. The staff needs correct directions at this property. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Summary: Could have been much better! With easy fix! Needs better leadership!
