Positive: The brekfast was perfect. Also the location of the Hotel is good. There is also metro station opposite the hotel and so you can use easily the public transports.

Positive: The location and the breakfast.

Negative: The first room we were offered smelled like smoke. The second room we were moved to had a leaky shower which flooded the bathroom. There also was noise from the tram from the first floor.

Summary: The hotel service did everything they could to fix our problems. Luckily the tram doesn’t run very late at night.

Positive: The beds were excellent as was the breakfast. Staff was kind and proactively helpful. Location allowed me to walk to the rental car agency and the Havaş bus to the airport was a two minute walk away.

Negative: Bathroom was small. Room furniture took up space without being functional. There were no drawers where there should have been in a desk or what should have been a chest of drawers or a cabinet beside the small in room refrigerator. There was only one easy chair in a double room.

Positive: The staff was very helpful and proactive in meeting our needs. Breakfast was very good, better than the same level of hotel in the USA. Since we spoke Turkish I do not know how good the staff's English was.

Negative: The bathroom was small. The furniture in the room did not have drawers and just provided surfaces which became full of stuff because there was no drawers. The price was high for the location and level of hotel.

Summary: It was a pleasant enough facility for one or two night stays.

Positive: Although most of the staff didn't speak English, they were very helpful and worried about the guests. They always made you feel really welcome. The wifi was excellent, the breakfast very good, inside the room you had all sort of amenities. The Havaş bus from the airport stops behind the hotel and you can take it back at the same stop.

Negative: Location is not so close to the city center. There's a tram passing in front of the hotel, but you need a card to top it up, so it's useless for tourists. Anyway, a 30 min walk takes you to the center. In the opposite direction there's the Mosaic Museum, also 30 min walking.

Summary: Awesome staff, wonderful room
