Positive: Stunning house, spacious and spotless with great amenities. Brilliant location, 10 minute walk into Lincoln city centre. The host was great at communicating. Plenty of parking for several cars.

Negative: The hot tub was not hot, it was luke warm. The host advised they could send someone out but we would be charged if a fault was not identified. The accommodation was definitely on the expensive side so it was disappointing to not be able to maximise the hot tub.

Positive: The House is in a fantastic location, walkable distance into Lincoln centre, had spaces for atleast six cars and was very spacious, perfect for groups. We stayed here to celebrate a special birthday and Cheryl/Lee from The House Collective went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We arrived to a food hamper and they also gave complimentary late checkout which we were very grateful for after a late night! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and excellent communication from the owners from the start. The property is finished to a very high standard, has beautiful decor and is very well equipped. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: The property was stunning - even the beautiful photos don’t do it justice! We were welcomed with a lovely hamper filled of sweet and savoury treats too! The guide made it really easy to access everything we needed to in the house. The cleaning was done to an immaculate standard and the facilities were brilliant. The property is close to all amenities and overall we had a fantastic time. The hosts were extremely accommodating throughout both the booking process, leading up to our stay, during and after. Communication was fantastic and we hope to visit again. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Positive: What a fantastic house, incredibly well equipped for everything you could need. Beautifully and tastefully decorated in a prime location. Huge comfortable beds, loads of parking and plenty of information about the house and how to look after it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a large house to stay in.
