Positive: I took the suite and I didn’t want to leave. Such a beautiful spot surrounded with amazing nature, great private balcony to enjoy the surroundings and the option to get into the river directly from your room is extraordinary. The bed is one of the best I had in Asia, soft and spoiling. The room is very clean and gets cleaned daily. Everything is new The manager is very responsive and tries to help with everything And again the views are unbeatable.

Negative: You can’t really fill the bath with hot water as in the middle of the way you will end up your hot water.. for such an expensive place it’s a shame. The little house is moving a lot as it floats (and the river was quite calm in the dry season)- I’m still quite dizzy.. The stairs to the property are not suitable for anyone with bad knees or such problems

Positive: The manager of the Ou river house resort is a very helpful and friendly person and we really, really enjoyed our stay here! We love that the houses are on the water and you can go for a swim directly and have a nice view on the beautiful mountains around:) Also it is a very clean, new and quite place. So it was perfect for us to calm down and have a great and relaxing time! Breakfast is included and very delicious. You can order it via WhatsApp and it will be brought to your house. We would totally recommend this beautiful place for your stay in Nong Khiaw.

Positive: Beautiful location, lovely room, very comfortable bed and bedding. Very friendly, helpful accommodating staff. Literally on the water. We rented 3 rooms for a larger group, brought our own food. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, provided everything to cook and prepare the food.
