Positive: New, spacious room, a little balkony to take cofee on with a view on mountains. There is fridge, blow drier, kettle, AC. No breakfast but instant cofee packets provided. The nights get cold at night in November, I feel that the room and the comfy warm bed were great for this weather. Great location close to bridge that connects both sides of town, so easy to walk everywhere. Good wifi. There is a bit of traffick on the road, but not so much at night, so that was mostly ok.

Positive: Great location close to the bridge and lots of restaurants. Bed was very comfy and WiFi worked well. Water dispenser is available which is always a plus. Staff present and very friendly! Would stay again.

Negative: Quite difficult to get any warm water. Water pressure is very high & electricity strength struggles to heat the water unless turned down to a trickle. Seems an issue across the town, not just this guesthouse. Just bring a sweater as the nights can get pretty chilly especially with no warm shower.

Positive: Perfect stay in Nong Khiaw. Very close to restaurants, activities, Bridge... The room is spotless clean, with a big comfy bed, great hot shower, kettle, free coffee and tea, toiletries and great WiFi. The owners are absolutely lovely people who let us leave our suitcases for a day while we travelled to another city. Amazing stay.

Positive: The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable with lovely bedding. The location was close to everything and the staff were very nice and helpful. I extended my stay by an extra 2 days.
