Positive: We loved our stay here. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The views from the balcony are incredible! Great value for money. We also liked the edge of town and thought that the restaurants and the vibe around there were very nice.

Positive: Perfect location, gorgeous view. Staff were kind, bed was comfortable, facilities all worked and room was spotlessly clean. Best value stay for me in several months of travel.

Negative: Nothing, genuinely perfect. I stayed somehwere else in Nongkhiaw that advertised as riverside but it wasnt. Book here if you can.

Positive: Stunningly located guest house next to the river with the most incredible views. The rooms are clean and spacious and we had a lovely balcony and hammock. On the edge of town but everything is very easily walkable. There was no food/drink available at the guesthouse when we stayed presumably because it’s low season but there are many restaurants and cafes close by.

Negative: The soundproofing between rooms is not great. Luckily we had conscientious neighbours!

Positive: This is a brand new hotel in Nong Khiaw and it showed. The rooms were spotless, the beds were new and comfortable and it had one of the best showers we had in 7 weeks in SE Asia. We enjoyed sitting out on our balcony with views of the river, and the views from the restaurant are stunning.

Negative: Breakfast was included with our room, but I thought the breakfast was just ok.
