Negative: Nothing not to like , except maybe a softer longer couch in lounge , but usually always on the deck anyway

Positive: Loved that it had everything we needed, next to the beach, very relaxing and was convenient for us, as it was close to family

Negative: Our only down side was the couch wasn’t comfy, it rained the first 3 days we arrived so spent some time inside and that would be our only con for the home

Positive: Location is excellent - great snorkeling and sunset spot straight out front! Close to town and great coffee not far away at Beluga :-) House was the perfect size for a group of 2-4 people and the hammocks in the yard under the coconut trees were my favorite spot every afternoon! Furnishings and appliances are new and spotlessly clean (including the BBQ) as was the bed & bathroom linen. Loved it, would definitely book this place again.

Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like. My only suggestion would be to include some sun-loungers for the deck or lawn area... and maybe some standup paddle boards or kayaks for guests to use during their stay :-)

Positive: The house was very well presented. Very modern and new. Spotlessly clean. The property is absolute beachfront with the lagoon at your doorstep. It is a short drive into town. There is a small supermarket across the road and an ANZ atm. There is a dishwasher, BBQ, washing machine in separate laundry. Snorkeling in the lagoon was fabulous, be sure to take reef walking shoes

Negative: A kayak would be a great addition to the property

Positive: Excellent location, private with lots of room outside right by the beach. Large deck for outdoor dining and hammocks in the shade under the coconut trees. Modern and tidy home with full kitchen facilities, ceiling fans for comfort, insect screens on all windows allowing for fresh air circulation without the bugs.

Negative: Would prefer a softer more comfortable bed (found our bed very firm and uncomfortable so switched to the other room which was better). Found the couch in the lounge a little firm for our comfort also so would have liked some areas where we could settle in with a bit more padding. Some throw cushions or outdoor bean bags would be ideal.

Summary: Immaculate well equipped holiday home in an excellent location water front.
