Magic Reef Resort offers Polynesian-style bungalows in a great location directly on the beach in Rarotonga. This little resort offers spacious accommodations with great ocean views. There are 9 studio-style bungalows in total, all of which are furnished with a 4-poster bed and include kitchenette facilities. All have a furnished balcony with ocean views, as well as a private outdoor shower and bath. We are the first resort on Rarotonga to offer free unlimited Wi-Fi. Our Bungalows all feature 32-inch smart TVs with Netflix. Plus 3 new Premium Oceanview Bungalows - a larger bungalow for two, and two 2 bedroom bungalows with full kitchen, additional features and handcrafted furnishings. Facilities at the Magic Reef Bungalows include a swimming pool, direct access to the beach and a barbecue area. All guests receive continental breakfast on arrival. Airport transfers are available.

Positive: We stayed at Magic Reef Bungalows for 5 nights for a family event. Our group occupied 5 bungalows. It was a great experience, and we would certainly recommend this place. The proprietors and staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are lovely - spacious, well equiped and comfortable. rooms, nice gardens and great pool. The location is good at the western end of the island, close to Waterline and Edgewater - plenty of options for dining and also shops and cafes nearby. The beach is a bit stony, so not so good for swimming - but then you have the pool, and there are swimming beaches not too far away. We would definitely recommend this place, and would stay there again.

Positive: Magic Reef is beautiful, the landscaping is lush and gorgeous and right on the water. Great for sunsets! The bungalows are perfect for a couple and we appreciated the fruit platter, juice and coffee on the first day very much.
Negative: The water is a bit rocky directly in front so you cannot jump in for a dip.
