Summary: The staff was very friendly and the people in reception was excellent.

Summary: The room didn’t have a good air conditioner and we couldn’t sleep because we were sweating. They offered me $97 if I wanted to move to another hotel and I paid $989 for two rooms. I couldn’t use the pool because they have a restricted schedule, they use the pool for trainings. Expedia didn’t want to solve my problem and told me to get the $97 to move or just stay over there. This is unacceptable from a company that you trust to book your trips.

Summary: The toilet was quite old and broken, and the floors could have been cleaner when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was nice and staff was friendly.

Summary: This hotel was terrible. I stayed here because it was recommended by the camp my son was staying at, but I was very disappointed and left after a couple of nights. It was very old and outdated. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. It didn’t even have shampoo or conditioner. It has a pool and spa, but hotel guests could only use it at certain times. It was also a separate facility so you had to share it with the public so it was very busy. The front desk wasn’t very welcoming. The neighborhood smelled and didn’t have much to do. The only positive was they let me check out early and refunded the rest of my stay.

Summary: Very happy with our stay. The room was big and convenient. Staff super friendly. Buffet nice and affordable. The indoor swimming pools are great for either swimming or playing with kids. There is a very nice beach area 5 minutes by car

Summary: Hotel was great. The rooms where clean and breakfast was good. There is a possibility tot take the bus to valancia. The bus station is at the beginning of the street.
