Summary: We enjoyed our stay in Patacona - the beach was lovely. The only shortfall was that we couldn't find a bigger supermarket within walking distance. There was a minimart downstairs but supplies were very limited. We found that Bus 31 left from outside the building every 15 minutes and went into the historic centre. Pepi was very responsie with any questions.

Summary: The apartment is in a bigger complex very close to Patacona Beach (<5 min walk), small supermarket included, plenty of restaurants on the beach, quiet at night, everything you need is present in this apartment and working well. Contact to the owner Pepi was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Everything was as advertised. Nice and comfy apartment with washing machine and all the things you need for a staying. Basic instructions (houserules, procedures etc.) were included in the folder and we also got introduction from our host Pepi. The beautiful city of Valencia was easily reached by the busses which had stops near the department. Very beautiful beachboulevard was clearly visible from our little balcony. Highly recommend!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia. Have the bus going right by the apartment made is easy to get into the city for site seeing. The beach is just across the street making it easy to enjoy the ocean. Only a short walk to a rack of the Valenbisi bike share system making it easy to get on a bike if that is your preferred method of travel. There are also many nice restaurants on the beach board walk which is convenient. The hosts are very nice and have all the information about the apartment care well organized. They have collected lots of local brochures and copies of the bus map which makes getting started a lot easier.
