Positive: We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia at this wonderful apartment. The host was incredibly professional — you can truly see how much care and attention she puts into every detail. Her thorough guidance left no questions unanswered, which is a rare and much-appreciated quality that sets her apart from many other hosts. She is open and extremely well-organized, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The apartment itself is fantastic — full of natural light, beautifully designed, and it just exudes a great, positive vibe. Plus, the location is perfect: very close to the beach and everything you need. We felt very comfortable and at home here. Highly recommended!

Positive: The apartment is in an excellent location, fully equipped with everything. Lots of extras like beach chairs, beach umbrella, tea, coffee. Could not fault anything , we felt very secure and comfortable. Bus into the City , bike hire, mini supermarket all only 5 ins walk away, restaurants all within walking distance and it really is only 5 steps from beach

Summary: Can definitely recommend, lovely host, from initial booking to the end of our stay Arleta was always so helpful.

Positive: Spectacular! If you tend to enjoy the sea and beach, and look for a really cozy place - don't miss it! The host, Arleta, is wonderful; and the apartment is just amazing. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Easy transport access. Apartment is just great, even photos do not show all the value - you get a wonderful view from the terrace, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, all the dishes, full range of oil and spices, tea and coffee, microwave, etc etc....). There's even a small compliment - some water and local beer upon arrival. From the 1st moment, you feel how much care and attention was invested here. I admired the numerous QR-codes on literally everything - stove, wi-fi, washing machine and more - so you have all instructions by hand. Arleta also prepared the whole book/portfolio with useful recommendations and information. Powerful air conditioning, also - strong wi-fi. No need to say that cleanliness was top, too. We were lucky to check-in earlier than planned, and enjoyed every moment! Elevator in the building is a nice touch, easy for luggage management. Contactless check-in and check-out, all very smooth without any problem. Nice location - quiet, full of beach vibe, with some nice cafeterias nearby, also - supermarkets, fruterias, ice cream.. everything! The area is a little further from the city center and central train/bus station, but this is logical if you prefer to spend more time by the sea. Anyway, there is very good public transport connection to get wherever you'd like to. I strongly recommend this place, and I'm very grateful for attitude, positive energy, super easy communication and such a great care!! Arleta, thanks again, and I really hope to return one day! And again, greetings and gratitude from my mom, too - this was a trip to celebrate her birthday, and I couldn't wish any better! <3

Positive: When booking online there's always some trepidation that the accomodation will meet expectations. In this case our expectations were exceeded - what a beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, light and airy apartment and the view from the balcony of the sea and beach is gorgeous. The fact that the balcony gets sun all day was icing on the cake as we were able to have breakfast there and then watch the evening light change on the beach with a glass of wine. The provision of cleaning materials for the kitchen and bathroom along with a welcome pack meant that we didn't immediately have to go shopping on arrival - much appreciated. The bus stop right outside the apartment with several other route options a short walk away allowed us to visit all the sites we had on our list for Valencia and then return to the peace and tranquility of the apartment after all the hustle and bustle
