Negative: The heating was not sufficient. When the 2 electic heaters were turned on, the power was tripping (circuit breakers flipping due to power surge). Gas heater could only last for a few hours. We ended up sleeping through a very cold night.

Negative: I didn’t realize when I booked that you had to walk outside to reach the bathroom so it was cold in the mornings and at night.

Summary: Very nice relaxing retreat! Great location with waterfall nearby.

Positive: Plenty of space, nice bathroom, pretty view

Negative: Difficult to keep clean because of the lack of towels, tissues, and bin bags. Not many seats available for a group unless you sit outside. I would recommend visiting by car, because a supermarket (which requires cash) is a 20 minute drive.
