Summary: My husband and I took my adult boys and their S/O for a fishing vacation at this house. We had a death in the family so my brother and my 4 year old son came and joined us on day 2. We rented a boat and was perfect access to the ocean from the house. No issues getting a 28’ boat in and out. Description of the property is accurate. The beds were super comfy. We had plenty of room and then some. Kitchen was great to socialize and cook together. Would suggest bringing some knives but other than that kitchen was fully stocked. Has a grill but no propane so bring a tank if you want to grill. Pool is small but great and we used it everyday! We did pay extra to heat it as I’m a Fl girl who likes my pool at 90 lol.Owner is super responsive to all texts. Even warmed the pool up a little more when I asked! 100 on customer service and responsiveness!It was a wonderful vacation to help heal our souls from an unexpected death in the family the day after we got there. We highly recommend this home for your vacation needs.

Summary: Exactly as described and ideal for myself and 5 friends from the UK to stay for a fishing vacation. The boat dock is great for dropping a line with loads of fish including snappers, a moray eel, tarpon, mullet and many others. We also had a 28ft rental boat which fitted snugly but okWe even had a visit from a nosy Manatee who hang around for a few picturesAll of the bedrooms were comfortable with aircon keeping us cool at night. There is a very well fitted kitchen with everything you could need, and of a high quality.We hope to be back again next year
