Summary: The house can be really nice but the overall upkeep was horrible. They had a major insect problem. One night it was raining through the window in one of the bedrooms and the bed was soaked. The maintenance man said he needed to caulk it and never came back (it was a much larger issue than that). They left dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the party before us. The pool wasn’t cleaned before we checked in. The AC on the ground floor didn’t work and it took them 3 days to fix it. The floors were filthy, we couldn’t walk around without shoes or socks on. They left pillows outside on the balcony in the rain and never picked them up. The filters for the house looked like they hadn’t been changed in years. The railings on the stairs were so sticky you couldn’t put your hands on the railings to help you walk down the stairs. Overall the place could be much nicer if they took care of it. I don’t recommend this property or any property managed by Brindley Beach. We left the house 3 days early due to the horrible maintenance. I am still waiting on them to return my calls and emails.
