Summary: Great place to stay if you need a BNE airport stopover. Easy walk to Skygate Mall which has a 24hrs Woolworths and the DFO Outlets. The rooms are super clean, quality fittings and comfy bed. It’s also very quiet so easy to get a good nights rest.

Summary: Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast with all you would be looking for. Only upgrade I would like is USB-charging in the rooms so you don't need adapters if you are a traveller.

Summary: The welcome we received at check in was really friendly and helpful. The room was probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in and th bed was very comfortable. We got a taxi to and from the hotel with ease also and went for food nearby.

Summary: It was fine. There was not very much to do near the hotel. They received a poor score because i scheduled a shuttle to the airport (a service provided by the hotel) and it was booked for the incorrect time, despite the person scheduling it reading back the correct time. When I checked out, there were no more spaces available at the time I needed. I ended up having to call a taxi and pay 4 times more to get to the airport on time. The hotel did not offer any discounts and I specifically had to request they cancel the fee for the incorrect shuttle.

Summary: Convenient for airport but the shuttle to the airport is not free which was a surprise as every other airport hotel I have stayed in has provided this as complimentary.
