Summary: Despite completing the online check-in information already provided had to provided at check-in. The room was also an accessible room.

Summary: Lovely hotel. Staff extremely helpful. It is a long walk through the car park to the hotel but easier than a taxi. Excellent restaurant, perfectly cooked eye fillet steak but a bit expensive. Didn’t realise there was a bar menu which had some great options and much more affordable. Buffet breakfast had good options.

Summary: Perfect and convenient for a comfortable night before our flight. Dinner at the Apron restaurant was delicious, but it's fine dining, although worth the cost. Bar service was also excellent overlooking the pool. Would stay again when flying from Brisbane. Hotel was fully booked and often seems to be, so best to book early.

Summary: The staff was very top notch and friendly. We had a very early flight and the staff arranged a take away breakfast for us. Also we will first checked in, the staff explained all the amenities. The staff made us feel very valued as customers. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and canapés. The room was very cleaned and had what we needed. We stayed at this hotel as it was located at the airport which was very convenient. After staying at this wonderful hotel, I wished that we had a later flight so we could have made full use of the hotel. Hopefully next time!

Summary: We stayed there just for one night before our flight, it is just at the airport so very quick to reach it We did not hear any noice from the planes Easy also to reach the city Did not have time to use the facilities as the pool or the gym but the room was very nice and comfortable

Summary: We only stayed over night As we arrived in at 5 pm from Overseas’s long haul Quick check in and nice room comfy bed We were disappointed with my dinner in the restaurant I ordered butter chicken and it was like a bowl of soup hardly any chicken in it We brought it too their attention they brought a second one exactly the same

Summary: Everything was perfect, as expected. Disappointed nobody answered my email regarding my query how to get there from the international airport. I found my way. That was the main thing. Arrived around midnight, gone at 7am.
