Positive: Walking distance from Domestic terminal. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Negative: Early check in fees. We arrived after overnight flight, very tired and were leaving before 6am the next day but had to pay extra 80 aus dollars to check in early. We were in the hotel less than 24hours so felt if you arrive early and leave early there should not be an extra charge.

Summary: Easy walk from Domestic terminal.

Negative: Room phone connection. Could not get through to anyone for about 15 minutes. Update mesage on phone which didn't make sense. When eventually connected to room service, "wow wow" type feedback when talking.

Summary: Satisfactory especially location. Bit disappointment about the room size as advertised as suite.
