From the moment you arrive you'll feel relaxed with 'nothing to do,’ but when you leave you'll wonder where all the time went.
You can also use the house gym- two treadmills, spinning bike, full set of dumb bells, weight pullly system, and bench press. Gym is also air conditioned! If the gym is not for you, there is a NBA Hoop in the round about driveway with free throw line and 3pt line.
You can use the seven kayaks and two stand up paddle boards to explore the coast or take out to the Sand Bar. We also have snorkel sets if you would like to snorkel the blue hole close by or the reef fish around the beach and dock..
Spread out and enjoy the largest open floor plan in the area with the only private beach with your private dock and huge deck withe gas fire pit to enjoy the stars. The dock includes a Catamaran Suspension Net to layout or lay back and watch the starry night sky!! The dock also features a fun rope swing that you can splash into the ocean. You can also ask and we can have the 15ft water trampoline placed in the water off of your beach. The dock has seating to enjoy the never-ending ocean and relax to the sounds of its peaceful waves.

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and had every amenity we could possibly need. It felt like a home away from home! Jack and Kay were great host! Summary: This property and the host are both amazing. Our experience from start to finish was wonderful. The property is gorgeous and the amenities are plenty. The host was communicative from the beginning and provided us with information about the island and the property which led us to have an even better time than we imagined. The outside of the property is impeccably manicured and offers stunning views of the Caribbean ocean. There is so much to do and so many things provided (kayaks, paddle boards, water trampoline and lights in the water at night for watching the fish. The interior of the property is elegant, beautiful and perfecting appointed. I could have moved in right away and never changed a thing. The kitchen was amazing and packed full of amenities. This was so perfect since we cooked most of our meals at this house. I have never stayed at a property where the kitchen contained more pots, pans, appliances, etc. than my own kitchen. If I could give this host and property 20,000 stars, I would. We will definitely be back again!

Summary: What an amazing stay and house! The home had everything we could have imagined and more. As my wife said "this house is the most stocked house we've stayed at." Great kitchen to cook in with a large variety of spices for cooking. This is oddly a huge thing for me as many rentals overlook this. The location is totally private and perfect with plenty to do right there. Off the beaten path but close enough to the markets for ease of food shopping. There is a great snorkeling spot (Blue Hole) just around the corner via kayak/SUP where we swam with sea turtles! They pop up every minute or so and are not hard to find. The low tide provides for opportunity to walk on a huge sand bar and see other marine species. The house has everything and then some and made our trip to Exuma so easy. The owner is extremely helpful from booking to checking out. We would 100% come back to this home for another stay in Exuma!

Summary: What an amazing place to stay! Great experience beginning before we even arrived. Jack is great giving plenty of information, directions, and details for a worry-free stay. At arrival, our hostess Kay, had our dreamm vacation home ready to go. Throughout our stay, Jack and Kay offered information and answered all questions. What a delightful place to stay, fitting our family friend and our family of 5. Looking forward to our next visit here as this place had anything you could ask for! Summary: Jack’s Island House is the perfect spot to enjoy all Exuma has to offer. The house is well designed, has a great layout, and is well equipped with all you need. We have 5 kids and all fit in the upper portion of the house great, not even needing to use the bed downstairs. The mini apartment room downstairs would make this a perfect house for a family traveling with grandparents or multiple families traveling together. It is in such a beautiful spot! We loved just hanging out at the house and all it has to offer! Jack also provided a ton of information for activities and restaurants and how to go about booking it all. There is nothing bad to say, just a wonderful property all around!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jack’s Island House! Easy access to sand bar at low tide as well as the Blue Hole for snorkeling! Renting a boat one day was a great way to see the whole area on other side of island.

Summary: THE best week with family! Jack’s beach house is an incredible spot for a vacation! The rope swing was so much fun, the kids found starfish right at the water line and we even had a huge shark visit the pier one afternoon. The house is well stocked with most anything you could need with exception of your groceries for the week. And Cay is wonderful to help with anything you may need picked up ahead of time. Looking forward to a return visit soon! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Summary: Jack’s home was perfect for our family of 10! Quintessential location on the water! Awesome snorkeling around the house—even has a “Blue Hole” (ocean chasm thriving with all kinds of ocean life). Kayaks for the whole group! Basketball and pickleball courts on the back concrete. Workout room, chef’s kitchen and screened porches! 3 outdoor showers!! By the way, the outdoor shower closest to the beach gets the hottest water Jack gave us great recommendations, and we took them all! We used Sharlene-the concierge-who helped us plan our whole trip. We rented a private boat AND reserved another boat trip/tour with a local captain. We rented jet skis, which were brought right to our house. We enjoyed 3 restaurants Shoreline, Blu on the Water and Coco Plum). We visited the sandbar in Roleville, the Tropic of Cancer Beach on little Exuma, and we had 3 chef meals made right in Jack’s kitchen!!! WOW!! There were perfect landscapes all around the house for our family pictures as well. A Christmas slice of heaven!! I’ve already recommended Jack’s home to other friends and family. Worth the money!!
