Summary: When you open the front door you feel right at home. The property layout gives you space and connection and everything you need is there. We cooked our favorite holiday meals in the well appointed kitchen. The landscape and the natural setting of deer and ducks, beautiful sunrises at such a peaceful time of year was a gift. A special place to slow down and enjoy the gift of time.

Summary: The first clue that this place is special is that your GPS or mapping App has a hard time finding it. Once you do, the house is lovely. Two bedrooms upstairs (one King bed, the other two Queens) are out of the way and have beautiful morning sunrise views. The Queen bedroom has a large bathroom, the King bedroom has a smaller bathroom with pedestal sink. The first floor bedroom with the ensuite is arguably the best room on the house - it's beyond the living room and also has beautiful sunrise views. It also has a King bed. The bedroom with the sofa is tucked away off the kitchen, up stairs. It has a memory-foam mattress. It does not have a dedicated bathroom - you'll need to use the bathroom off the kitchen, which has a large stand-up shower. The bedroom with the bunk beds has no window - we didn't use it. There is one working fireplace on the first floor, and two outside fire pits. The kitchen is spacious with gas cooking. There are no fewer than three coffee makers too. We had 7 adults stay for just under a week and it wasn't difficult to have your own privacy if you wanted it. It's a 6 minute drive to town, about a 40 minute walk. We stayed during Christmas Prelude, so too cold to walk. There are Ubers available in the area - easier to take one home from down town than have them pick you up. There is an EV-charger available if you drive an electric car. Overall a beautiful, charming home with very nice owners!

Summary: We had the most wonderful family reunion in this lovely oceanfront home. The grounds and views from the property were beautiful. The gracious hone slept all ten of our family members comfortably and we had plenty of wonderful indoor and outdoor space to relax and enjoy our time together. And the home’s great proximity to fabulous beaches and restaurants made our stay that much better. Mike is a wonderful and attentive host who answered all of our questions immediately. We cannot say enough great tho ha about our time in Sea View Cottage!

Summary: Perfect house for a family with five bedrooms, four baths, open and modern kitchen/dining room, living room and very useable outdoor area. The grassy yard runs down to a new dock which links the property to a TIDAL bay and the Atlantic. Outdoor fire area, BBQ, dining and sitting area nicely link the house with the outside. Owners very responsive to all questions and concerns

Summary: This is an amazing property and our experience was wonderful. If we were to make any suggestions they would be: 1. Perhaps a couple of bicycles. I know our boys would have loved to ride to town. 2. The tide worked great for us in the end but we were unaware that there is a part of the day when the water is literally not available. Perhaps letting folks know of the tide changes. But just a wonderful time. Can't wait to return. Tim
