Summary: Following our five/night stay, I have this to say: Wonderful staff- Very helpful and friendly. We spoke with many employees who had worked there for well over ten years and were obviously happy to do so. Every time we spoke with an employee, they demonstrated hospitable, customer-first culture. Unexpectedly amazing breakfast- an incredible value with lots of delicious choices- all made with some special Nonantum flair. Top notch property condition- especially as an historic one, this project was impressive. I’m the type who notices little areas of neglect- none were found, instead the property was fresh, clean and very well maintained. We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: The staff were incredible and the rooms absolutely beautiful! We stayed in a water view king and the view was stunning! Breakfast was also fantastic. Could not recommend highly enough.

Summary: Room was clean but bathroom sink full of rust disappointing. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good but our stay coincided with Mother’s Day brunch and communication was unclear of when guest should arrive so that was disappointing.
