Positive: The house is incredible, the rooms were fantastic, the food was simple yet delicious, and you couldn’t ask for more beautiful views from the front yard. The wonderful host and her canine friend really made the whole experience.

Positive: Wonderful old country house in beautiful quiet location. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us an early breakfast on the day we had to leave to go Whale watching.
Negative: We would have liked our towels to be replaced daily as they remained damp overnight and were not pleasant to use the following day.

Positive: the breakfasts were superb. hand made fresh baked goods were made every morning. the environment was very quite and by a 15min walk you are in the main square. the stuff was freindly.
Negative: the price was way above what we got. it is nice and good b&b. but when we came the toilet was dirty. one of the lamps in the shower room doesnt work. the public filtered water dispenser, didnt work. there were tiny things like some of the windaws cant stay up, or cant close. it didnt bother us but if we pay expensive price for our stay we expected for more.

Positive: Beautifully maintained and decorated historic property walkable to downtown Kennebunkport. Pretty bedroom with gas fireplace and sweet, cozy bathroom. Very nice linens, though bed was softer than we are used to. Lovely breakfast with fresh muffins and bread baked by our hosts.
Negative: Our bed was a bit soft, making side sleeping uncomfortable.
Summary: Beautiful historic property B&B walking distance to downtown Kennebunkport.

Positive: The house was really lovely - historic but warm and inviting. The room was nice had a fireplace and attached bath. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional - I am gluten free and the innkeeper completely understood as she is too!
Negative: I thought the bed was a bit lumpy -firm and lumpy. But the other amenities like breakfast, warm room on a drizzly day and comfy pillows made up for it.
