Positive: So so so family friendly. My little girl (20 months) loved the hotel, there was so much there for her.

Negative: Restaurant opening time for dinner was a little too late for families with toddlers.

Summary: Beautiful, family friendly hotel. We loved our stay & would stay again.

Positive: Great location and plenty of parking. Restaurant service was excellent.

Negative: No air conditioning but a fan was in the room. Unfortunately it was filthy and full of dust. Had to disassemble and run blades and cover under the shower before it could be used. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well either with mould around the shower screen and behind the taps.

Positive: Breakfast was great and plenty of choice plus options for any specific requests. service very friendly evening - good quatlity and good service

Negative: Room was not set up as requested and had to wait a while before it was corrected - had to ask twice. replace towels and made beds but didn't replenish the coffee and tea.

Negative: Room was far too warm. Air conditioning units should be in every room for the price we paid for the hotel. Swimming times were limiting as we had children, but our children wanted to swim in the pool and not mess about so there should be allowances made for this - Adult only swimming is restrictive.
