Summary: Floor carpet of the first room was wet. We switched rooms. We didn’t know anything about amenity fees. Amenity fees for what?

Summary: Great location but the rooms are in disrepair all around. Furniture, fixtures, decor are all dated and many with holes or stains or other issues. Not what I would expect in a hotel with 4-diamond awards hung on the walls.

Summary: This is a very cute, boutique style hotel. Our room was spacious and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. 10/10 would recommend to stay here.

Summary: Staff and cleanliness was outstanding!! Beautiful rooms and view of the Brooklyn bridge. Anything we needed they were at our door within minutes. The only missing thing was a small fridge in the room. It’s a must for my son with Autism.

Summary: I asked if there was a line since there was a gentleman standing at the counter, the agent asked if I was checking in, I said yes and she said have a seat, I'll call you up. But when another gentleman came in, he walked straight up to the counter and was checked in immediately! Mind you, there was another agent at the counter who offer to help me, notice we were waiting and went straight to helping the gentleman who walked up. The rooms were dirty, headboard tattered, curtains not close all the way so the sun would pierce the room in the early hours, tattered carpet, no blowdryer, slippers, robe, fridge, and dirty cabinets.
