Positive: The interiors reflect the neighborhood’s artistic soul, with industrial touches and creative design elements.

Negative: I had a disappointing experience as a solo female traveler. One of the staff (who was responsible for welcoming the guests)asked me to leave my seat when the restaurant got busy — even though I was already dining and sharing the table with 2 other women. He gave the table away to someone else without regard, and when I explained that I was a guest at the hotel, it didn’t seem to matter. The lack of respect and professionalism in that moment made me feel unseen and uncomfortable. Traveling alone should never mean being treated with less care.

Positive: This was my 3rd trip to the Soho Grand with my service dog Oscar. It's such a friendly, comfortable place. Oscar (and I) also love the dog park!

Positive: Location and view from room. The service was top notch.

Negative: The dessert for room service was not worth the money. Not sure they understand what a sundae is.

Positive: Everything , but the tub.

Negative: It was hard for me to get in the tub .,because of the little wall you after to step up and over. It was hard me because i am a short guy. The tub was very slippery. My husband and I both all most fell time first using the tub.
