Positive: Cool and modern while still being comfortable and intimate. Fun art and style throughout. Quiet, without too much city noise or from other guests. Great location for us near hip neighborhoods and easy parking option.

Negative: The guest services texting system. It was not effective and caused some confusion and trouble.

Negative: not 5 star service at all some of the staff were nice, some were rude they are definitely understaffed so everything takes forever (getting your bags from storage, answering the phone, checking in) my room wasn’t even made one day and i had to call twice to at least get my towels replaced
