Positive: Great location for central Cardiff Outside space to sit at rear of property, however did not appreciate neighbour asking us to be quiet at 9-45pm, we were only chatting. Maybe they have had problems in the past??? Tea/coffee much appreciated

Negative: In need of some sprucing up in places, painting nothing major. Maybe some heavier curtains to block early morning light in lounge if using sofa bed.

Positive: Good location. The host is responsive and friendly.

Negative: The sheets on the bed were unclean, it seems they weren't changed from the person before. There was also a separate storeroom in the flat, where dirty laundry was piled up on the floor. It smelled unpleasantly. Moreover, there was mould in the bathroom. And the furniture in the flat was quite old and used a lot of times, especially the sofa.

Summary: Dirty bed sheets ruined the experience for us
