Positive: Excellent communication from hosts Easy check in/out Compact, clean house. Location 15 minutes walk away from the center, handy for Cardiff Bay too Off road parking on the property Thank you for a lovely weekend

Negative: 1 bedroom is very compact with a small double bed against the wall, more suitable for 1 adult. A few improvements needed, hopefully these will be sorted now the host is aware.

Positive: We came for the Rugby at The stadium and so this stay was well placed for that. Easy parking at the front of the house. Well equiped including a washer dryer. Easy walk into the city centre or the Mermaid Quay area. Quiet neighbourhood but with lots of options for dining and shopping. Stay was perfect for our group of 4.

Negative: No complaints but just noting: Second bedroom was a little cosy, but fine for a couple of nights. Stairs a little steep if you have knee or mobility issues.

Positive: It's comfortable and spacious house and basically gets everything I need in the house. The premise is located in a quiet district but it's not far from the city centre. And it's absolutely worth the money. I strongly recommended the place for couples, families and a group of friends.

Negative: Not much. Just when we first got in the property, there's an unpleasant smell which dissipated very soon.
