Positive: Within terminal 2 so convenient for early morning or late night flights

Negative: Had to wait for almost 30 mins before someone could escort us in. It was 1am at night and hotel staff was clueless on our booking. We stayed for merely 5 hours

Positive: Location of the Hotel is so handy as it is within the terminal building. Was able to walk to the Departure halls within minutes. Food was excellent. Staff was very caring

Negative: On arrival, we have been told that our booking is with another hotel which is on another side. But I have booked same hotel and stayed there couple of times before. Looks like just because of availability they moved us to another hotel which is not that much good to be honest. Again I requested extra bed thinking bigger room but they adjusted extra bed in same room and that left with not having enough space to move.
